Kat’s journey has been shaped by navigating deep and complex life experiences, many of which now inform the way she supports others. She has lived through grief and loss personally, as well as supported families in end-of-life and palliative care. Her childhood was marked by her father’s suicide attempts and her parents’ divorce, which introduced her to the realities of trauma and resilience from a very young age. Kat has also experienced the challenges of parenting role reversal, addiction and recovery, and the process of rebuilding after relocation and major life changes. As the daughter of immigrants, she understands the nuances of identity, belonging, and cultural adaptation. In her work, she has supported people facing addiction, domestic abuse, cancer journeys, and minority community struggles – bringing empathy, adaptability, and lived understanding to every encounter.
Kat’s integrative approach – weaving bodywork, energy healing, and spiritual guidance – resonates deeply with The Passi Method. Both invite individuals to release conditioning, cultivate resilience, and reconnect with their authentic flow. In alignment with the Method’s principles, Kat supports people in creating sustainable transformation, moving beyond survival into a life of balance, clarity, and fulfilment.
