Sue’s life journey has been marked by profound challenges, from early family separation, loss, and violence in childhood, to navigating traumatic experiences in adulthood including abuse, heartbreak, and the struggles of supporting her children through addiction, violence, and autism. She has faced homelessness, grief, and personal health crises, yet through each chapter has built an extraordinary well of strength, resilience, and compassion. These experiences allow Sue to meet others with deep understanding and authenticity, offering a safe and supportive space for healing. Alongside her personal journey, Sue has built a professional path dedicated to wellness and empowerment. She is a qualified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, and Ayurvedic Practitioner, blending physical, emotional, and holistic approaches to help others restore balance and wellbeing. Her work is rooted in the belief that no matter how difficult the past, healing and renewal are always possible.
Sue’s work reflects the essence of The Passi Method: transformation through resilience, presence, and trust in the body’s wisdom. By integrating Ayurveda, movement, and therapeutic touch, she helps clients find strength, balance, and a renewed sense of self.
