Pam’s path has been one of profound challenge and deep transformation. From childhood trauma, grief, and family estrangement to caring for her mother through Motor Neurone Disease, she has navigated loss, complex PTSD, and the impact of domestic violence, coercive control, and emotional abuse. Alongside this, Pam has faced fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, burnout, and the grief of not having children of her own, while also learning to navigate ADHD, relocation, and the transitions of menopause. Her journey has been a lifelong mission to heal – to transform trauma into resilience, pain into purpose, and to use every insight gained along the way to help others do the same.
Pam’s approach beautifully complements The Passi Method. Just as the Method provides a structured, step-by-step pathway to healing and clarity, her sessions offer embodied practices and compassionate coaching that help people regulate, rebuild, and reconnect with their deepest selves. Together, this creates a safe, supportive, and empowering journey for those seeking to transform their pain into resilience, confidence, and sustainable growth.
