Natalie’s life has been deeply shaped by both loss and resilience. From witnessing her mother recover twice from terminal cancer diagnoses – and later facing the grief of her passing – to navigating divorce, raising her son as a single mother, and caring for her father through illness, she has walked many profound paths of healing. Her 12 years living and teaching meditation in one of the UK’s largest Buddhist retreat centres gave her an enduring foundation of presence, compassion, and clarity, which now infuses all her work. Professionally, Natalie is a qualified Ayurvedic Health Consultant, Marmapuncturist, and Ayurvedic Massage Therapist. She brings together ancient holistic wisdom with practical guidance to support balance across body, mind, and spirit. As a meditation teacher, she weaves breath awareness and contemplation into her work, creating space for lasting calm and clarity.
Natalie’s approach mirrors the heart of The Passi Method: transformation begins within. By blending Ayurveda, meditation, and bodywork, she empowers others to restore balance, embrace resilience, and trust in their innate capacity for healing and renewal.
