Julie Gundry

Julie’s life has been shaped by profound challenges and moments of transformation. She has navigated post-natal depression, grief and loss, and the impact of a life-changing accident that left her with serious injury and PTSD. Her journey also includes the transitions of menopause, the emotional shift of empty-nesting with children living abroad, recovery from surgery, living and working alongside children with special needs, and facing unexpected events such as burglary and an animal attack.

Through these experiences, Julie has developed deep compassion, resilience, and the ability to support others with authenticity and empathy. Her personal healing journey continues to inform her work and her understanding of what it means to recover, rebuild, and thrive.
