Sam Holland

Sam Holland knows first-hand what it feels like to give everything to your work until there’s nothing left. After years in teaching, she found herself in deep burnout – exhausted, anxious, unable to sleep, struggling with gut health, migraines, and even losing her voice. Before that, in her first career in HR, she had also faced the stress of navigating a high-pressure environment with a challenging boss. These experiences took their toll not just on Sam’s health but on her relationships and sense of self.

Stepping away became essential. Slowly, Sam rebuilt her health and learned to listen to her body’s natural rhythms. Alongside this, she navigated difficult relationships and divorce, before later meeting her soulmate and becoming a mum to two children in her late 30s. This part of Sam’s journey showed her that it’s never too late to create the life, love, and family you long for.

Sam’s sessions complement The Passi Method by offering teachers a safe space to reconnect with their energy, restore balance, and create sustainable shifts in health and mindset. Together, The Passi Method and The Resilient Teacher Method provide a pathway for teachers to step out of burnout and into clarity, resilience, and renewed purpose.
